At Escape Velocity, we respect your privacy and comply with UK GDPR. This policy explains how we handle your data as you engage with www.escape-velocity.co.uk and our “Future-Proof Your Business” program.

  • What We Collect: We collect your name, email, and company name when you sign up or contact us. We may also use cookies for site analytics (e.g., Google Analytics).

  • Why We Collect It: To process your £1,250 program payment, deliver the 8-week course (Wednesdays, Apr 30 – Jun 18, 2025, via Zoom), and improve our site. We don’t share your data unless required by law.

  • How We Store It: Data is securely held on Wix and Stripe servers (UK/EU-based where possible), encrypted and access-restricted. We keep it only as long as needed (up to 12 months post-program unless you opt in for updates).

  • Your Rights: Under UK GDPR, you can access, correct, delete, or restrict your data, or object to its use. Email mike@escape-velocity.co.uk to exercise these rights - we’ll respond within 30 days.
