My Story
I've been working in a world of change and disruption most of my life.
Since 1997, when I launched my first digital transformation at Associated Newspapers, I've chalked up a lot of firsts:

the first simultaneous online and theatrical movie release with the British Film Council;

launching one of the world's first data science consultancies;

one of the first consultancies to be run on agile principles;

a pioneering study of the use of data from wearable devices on the workforce...
I've never shied from the challenge of the new.
Today I work with businesses (and their leaders) around the world to build resilience, growth and adaptablity. I do this in two ways:

As a mentor and educator with OpenClassrooms and Stanford, in particular on a master's diploma in Digital Transformation;

Working directly with business leaders using my Five Forces framework to help them create the great businesses of tomorrow.
